How might we improve the customer experience on the WIPO site?
The World Intellectual Property Organization is one of the 15 specialized agencies of the United Nations. WIPO was created in 1967 "to encourage creative activity, to promote the protection of intellectual property throughout the world”
To provide design ideas for the Global Intellectual Property portal understanding who the various WIPO customers are, their journeys and their interactions with WIPO services, that takes into account the following: Promotion of the breadth of WIPO services including:
Simple and easy discovery for end users
Consolidated customer experience during their interactions
with various WIPO services
WRITE APROACH/ how I met with stake holders and anaylzed the user reports and came up with the concept ideas, screens in less than 6 weeks.
